well if the businesses paid to be on the directory they might get more exposure
on my helderberg buisness directory there is a free listing for companys BUT there is aldo a paid for service
As a business directory we find that the business just dont want to pay to have there company listed (WE ARE TALKING ABOUT R1000 A YEAR) they just want everything for free … the server costs money the work has to be done by someone… so if they all get of there CUT EXPENCE bullshit story and pay then it might just work for everyone… we run http://www.myhelderberg.co.za and we love to have other business directorys around to its healthy for all advertisers..
the more places the clients place there companys on business directorys the more exposure thay get
