this is lonelyfinger…
“it’s better with 5fm”
Rubbish. What rubbish.
Thanks for the waste of time.
5fm == A joke of a radio station.
Nice waste of their money.

I thinks it was a brilliant advertising campaign. The SABC guys have good PR teams.

advertising was brilliant, but the punch was pathetic. The joke is on them…

Karen,
I am glad you liked the campaign.
Lonely finger has not finished though. More to come.
I am not sure I understand your question 100% though. Could you explain more please?
thanks

I am knocked out by the clever concept and conclusion; How does 5FM address the overwhelming lonely factor now. don’t you think you might have a social responsibility in this regard perhaps. Is the entire profile drafted or how does it work. I am working with deeply desturbed functional people in industry and would really like some ideas.

The question, is don’t you think that a portion of the population might be responding whith a real expectation of escape from loneliness.
I wondered if there was a sincere desire to be supportive, or are we homing in on a all too familiar emotion from which many can laugh themselves through while some just sink deeper into this pit?
In fact I would like to be part of it if there is a sincere angle.
Kind regards
Karen
